help Why does the hail size estimate look different from radar-only MESH?

Weatherman applies bias correction, ground truth calibration, and physical validation to move beyond raw MESH. The result is a more realistic surface hail estimate with uncertainty bounds.

contact_support What should I include in a support request?

Include the date and location, any screenshots, your macOS version, and the steps you took before the issue appeared.

radar Why is dual-pol hail data missing?

Dual-pol coverage is not available in all radar scans or regions. Weatherman falls back to MRMS and satellite data when HDR is unavailable.

payments Do you support refunds?

App Store purchases are handled by Apple. If you need a refund, follow Apple's refund request process.
